Complete production line services

JIC MACHINE provides a package of services that includes the supply of raw materials, molds, auxiliary equipment and shoe making machines, finished product inspection, technical support, operator training and design advice on the site layout to ensure the production line runs efficiently and effectively.

24-hour services

We have 24-hour hotline service that trained professionals provide technical assistance if clients have any problem about installation and operation.

One-year guarantee period

We provide one-year guarantee period during which JIC MACHINE is responsible for repairing and replacing equipment free of charge.

Operator training

JIC MACHINE provides onsite one-to-one operator training or online guidance via video calling or other forms. The training covers installation, operation and basic maintenance. (The client should bear the cost of travel expenses of technical personnel in the case of onsite guidance)

Timely delivery

We are enabled to make timely delivery of products since we are proud of high productivity of the complete production line which is able to make 30 sets of finished shoe making machines within a month.

At the same time, we have warehouses of finished products and semi-finished products.
Finished product warehouse: we can make same-day shipping of finished products;
Semi-finished product warehouse: standard semi-finished products are shipped to customers within one week while customized products (screws and screw barrels) within 10 to 15 days.
